Disclaimer: in the spirit of radical candor & transparent efficiency, plz know that -while this site is serious (and managed by Larry McCrudden Jr; B119, #130)- there is no actual ‘DEPARTMENT OF BOARD EFFICIENCY’. 

Instead we’ve organized a place for third-party information to help our neghbors gain clarity on the issues they facve as WPC Owners. We aim to confront the following concerns on behalf of a group of approximately ##* shareholders of Westgate Park Condominium Units. (* that's ## of a total of ##, for xx%)
We aim to enhance communication, engagement & understanding between

  • WPC Owners & the following:

  • TBD Mgmt Company (we could ask Santa for Joe Torre or Terry Collins)

  • TCC+ (ie The Condo Crew: Tony, Calvin, Carlos, etc)

  • The WB (ie The WPC Board)

Sooo… we’ve organized as a chorus of identical questions and cries grow from all four buildings about a number of issues, including some general areas

• board communication, transparency & accountability, and various intentions & promises that were expressed & confirmed on & before June 4 

• administration & oversight of basic building services, needs & issues (playground? etc)


In addition, some specific items causing greater & more urgent concern among a wide variety of our neighbors include: 

• alleged plans to change out select building staff (ie Tony)

• alleged plans to abolish the re board-votes by proxy (his is a current & always WPC policy for sound reason. Overturning it overnight would be overkill & unnecessary, but that's obvious. NEVERTHELESS, this rumor continuers to resurface.  ??!

• what’s up with the playground? the elevators?

• what else?
